Job Description

Join Iron Mountain as a Crew Driver in Bogotá, focusing on secure information transport and excellent customer service. This role involves delivering and receiving client information, ensuring the safety of transported documents and assigned assets, and adhering to company security policies. We seek responsible and punctual individuals with a valid C2 driver's license and at least one year of truck driving experience.
Must have:
  • Deliver and receive information from clients according to established procedures.
  • Safely and timely transport information between Iron Mountain and clients.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to clients.
  • Ensure the care of assigned assets for service delivery.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of transported documents.
  • Comply with company security policies.
  • Report any incidents that arise during routes.
  • Properly use and maintain assigned equipment.
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year experience driving trucks.
  • Valid C2 driver's license without fines.
Good to have:
  • Preferably have your own means of transport (motorcycle, bicycle or car) to facilitate arrival during rotating shifts.

Our job offer:

  • Competitive monthly salary: $1,655,173 COP.
  • Rotating schedule in two shifts:
  • Monday to Friday:
  • Shift 1: 4:30 am – 1:00 pm.
  • Shift 2: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
  • Shift 3: 6:45 am - 4:30 pm.
  • Shift 4: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
  • Shift change every 15 days.
  • Job stability and direct hiring by the company.
  • Type of contract: Fixed for 3 months with possibility of extension.
  • Workplace: Autopista Medellín Bogotá KM 1.5 – Vereda Vuelta Grande – Complejo La Florida and Calle 21 # 69B- 57.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Ensure the security and integrity of transported documents.
  • Comply with the security policies established by the company.
  • Report any incidents that arise during routes.
  • Properly use the assigned equipment and keep it in good condition.

What we are looking for?

  • Educational level: High school graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year experience driving trucks.
  • Valid C2 driver's license without fines.
  • Preferably have your own means of transport (motorcycle, bicycle or car) to facilitate arrival during rotating shifts.
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to road safety.
