Job Summary

This role supports the operation of CRM activities, focusing on the Relationship Program, Customer Segmentation, and Differentiation within the company. The objective is to strengthen customer proximity, generate differentiation, drive retention, repurchase, mix growth, innovation adoption, and increase CS percentage. Responsibilities include managing relationship program fronts, monitoring performance, ensuring governance, updating customer segmentation, analyzing differentiation plans, and stimulating integrated campaigns.

Must Have

  • Administer relationship program fronts (mechanics, points, campaigns, redemptions, team support).
  • Be the focal point with partner suppliers in program management, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Monitor Relationship Program performance: adherence, engagement, redemptions, ROI, and operational costs.
  • Ensure program governance (documentation, regulations, updates).
  • Keep customer segmentation updated.
  • Analyze differentiation and evolution plans for strategic customer clusters.
  • Stimulate and monitor campaigns integrated with the Relationship Program and customer journey.
  • Monitor churn triggers and growth opportunities in strategic clients.
  • Analyze opportunities and improvements in company CRM processes.
  • Perform analyses of purchase behavior, %CS, penetration, innovation, and mix.
  • Monitor key indicators like churn, retention, repurchase, and program engagement.
  • Prepare executive reports with strategic analyses and insights.
  • Build operational and support materials for CRM strategy.
  • Stimulate dashboard construction and portfolio management opportunities.
  • Monitor portfolio review meetings and strategic client plans.
  • Experience with CRM and relationship programs.
  • Knowledge in segmentation, analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Power BI or Tableau.

Job Description

Support in the operation of activities related to the company's CRM, focusing on the Relationship Program, Customer Segmentation, and Differentiation.
