Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with a “can-do” attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in CRM and email marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Support CRM Managers in delivering BTL Early Life Retention campaigns across brands and markets
Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content is on-brand, engaging, localized, and compliant
Implement personalization and dynamic content to enhance engagement
Conduct QA testing across email clients to ensure quality and consistency
Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize accordingly
Benchmark campaigns against competitors to maintain a strong market position
Project Management & Operations
Use JIRA for task management and stakeholder coordination
Assist in campaign execution: landing pages, user journeys, rewards setup, content uploads
Coordinate with design, content, and localization teams to meet timelines
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry or in a relevant role
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable following detailed technical instructions
Genuine interest in online casino, poker, and sportsbook betting products
Nice to Have
Experience using Salesforce Journey Builder
Additional language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or any Scandinavian language are a strong advantage
