Senior Backend Developer

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Being part of a cross-functional, agile-driven team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment;
• Participating in task estimation, development, testing, code reviews, bug fixing;
• Deploying great software, implementing new features as well as maintaining and improving the existing codebases;
• Will be required to see out a project from conception to final product.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Backend Developer;
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core;
• Expertise in ASP.NET Web API;
• Advanced skills in SQL/PostgreSQL, including performance tuning;
• Advanced skills in ORM/Dapper;
• Understanding of RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and message-driven architectures;
• Proficiency in Redis and understanding caching strategies;
• Advanced skills in Git, including branching strategies;
• Understanding of unit testing principles and basic experience with testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit;
• Understanding of HTTP and RESTful standards;
• Deep understanding of OOP/SOLID principles.

Preferred Requirements:

• Awareness of CI/CD principles;
• Awareness of Docker and Kubernetes;
• Algorithmic problem-solving skills and understanding of advanced data structures;
• Experience with system monitoring tools and concepts.
