Job Description

At Huuuge Games, we are seeking a data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own the CRM strategy and execution across the player journey. This role involves developing multi-channel CRM strategies to boost engagement, retention, and monetization. You will design and manage lifecycle campaigns for new player activation, daily habits, churn prevention, reactivation, and VIP nurturing. Responsibilities also include defining CRM data requirements, optimizing campaigns in Braze, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business goals and ensure data privacy compliance.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategy.
  • Design and manage lifecycle campaigns (FTUE, engagement, churn prevention, reactivation, event-driven, VIP nurturing).
  • Define CRM data requirements and work with BI/engineering.
  • Build and optimize campaigns in Braze, including A/B tests.
  • Analyze CRM performance using Braze analytics and BI tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with LiveOps, Product, Monetization, Creative, Data teams.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
  • 2+ years experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of player segmentation, user journeys, behavioral triggers.
  • Data-driven mindset with A/B testing, campaign analysis, optimization experience.
  • Ability to partner with data teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (copywriting, collaboration).

Become a part of an exciting adventure bringing fun & truly social experience to millions of players around the world. We’re looking for a data-driven, player-obsessed CRM & Lifecycle Manager to take ownership of CRM strategy and execution across the entire player journey.

How will you make an impact with us?

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Design and manage lifecycle campaigns across all player stages:
  • FTUE journeys to activate new players and increase D1/D7 retention
  • Engagement flows to promote daily/weekly habits and session depth
  • Churn prevention flows using behavioral and predictive signals
  • Reactivation and win-back journeys for lapsed users
  • Event- and content-driven campaigns tied to LiveOps calendar
  • VIP nurturing for highly engaged players
  • Define CRM data requirements and work with BI and engineering to:
  • Implement behavioral and transactional tracking events
  • Set up custom user attributes for segmentation
  • Integrate predictive models (churn risk, payer potential, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate real-time data sync between the game and CRM platform
  • Build and optimize campaigns in Braze, orchestrate automated journeys, set up control groups, holdouts, and A/B tests, monitor campaign health, delivery, and data sync status, continuously iterate based on performance and test results.
  • Analyze CRM performance using Braze analytics and internal BI tools, track key KPIs such as retention (D1/D7/D30), LTV, ARPU, churn, open/click/conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations to improve results and align with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with LiveOps, Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to align campaigns with game events, player journeys, and business strategy.
  • Ensure all communications comply with global data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Job requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms (Optimove, Leanplum, Salesforce MC)
  • Strong understanding of player segmentation, user journeys, and behavioral triggers
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and optimization
  • Ability to partner with data teams to define events, build segments, and interpret insights
  • Excellent communication skills — both creative copywriting and cross-team collaboration
  • Experience in mobile gaming or free-to-play environments strongly preferred
  • Passion for games and player psychology
