Azar Global Business Operation Team
This team plays a key role in identifying and resolving various business issues for global service operations.
The team performs its duties based on data, utilizing data analysis and insights to support decision-making throughout the entire process, from business strategy formulation to execution.
It contributes to aligning the entire team's growth direction, enabling the organization to effectively solve problems and achieve continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Establishment and execution of CRM strategies
- Collaborate with the data team to plan for achieving goals and KPIs
- Thoroughly analyze each funnel of the user journey and optimize CRM actions
- Analyze user data for in-depth user experience analysis
- Plan user messages for each segment for an optimal User Journey
Requirements
- Individuals with 2-5 years of CRM experience
- Individuals with data analysis skills
- Individuals with the ability to design and analyze CRM campaign structures
- Individuals with an understanding of User Lifecycle marketing and knowledge of how to utilize digital/offline marketing, push messages, etc.
- Individuals with problem-solving skills (logical thinking, defining improvements, data analysis, etc.)
- Individuals with smooth communication skills
- Individuals with a Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred
- Individuals with at least 2 years of experience in startup/IT related industries
- Individuals with experience in automation tools (e.g., Braze)
- Individuals with global marketing experience
- Individuals proficient in SQL
