The Innovation Dev Team at Hyperconnect seeks to define and develop new, valuable services for users, aiming to be a new growth engine. This role involves end-to-end leadership in mobile app development using React Native, from architecture design to release. Responsibilities include building and maintaining UI/logic libraries, improving performance, and providing technical insights for product roadmaps.
Must have:
Design, develop, and operate React Native-based mobile apps.
Design, create, and maintain common UI and business logic libraries.
Lead new features from planning to release end-to-end.
Continuously improve quality and performance through monitoring and refactoring.
Provide technical insights for product and service roadmaps.
Coach and mentor junior engineers and strengthen code review culture.

1+ year of app development and operation experience utilizing WebView in a React Native environment

Responsibilities
Architecture design, development, and operation of mobile apps based on React Native
Design, creation, and maintenance of common UI and business logic libraries
End-to-End leadership of new features from planning to release
Continuous quality and performance improvement through performance monitoring and refactoring
Providing technical insights for establishing product and service roadmaps
Coaching and mentoring junior engineers and strengthening code review culture
Requirements
3+ years of practical development experience or equivalent capabilities
Experience operating customer-facing services with component-based frameworks like React and deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem
2+ years of mobile app development experience using React Native
Possession of solid foundational knowledge equivalent to a CS major
Experience with 0->1 product development based on a startup mindset
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of app development and operation experience utilizing WebView in a React Native environment
Proactive intervention in situations of disagreement among colleagues, possessing excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Experience mentoring or actively sharing knowledge and know-how
