A leading outdoor apparel brand is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Systems Implementation Specialist to support the discovery phase of a platform consolidation and lifecycle marketing rebuild. This role will focus on aligning Klaviyo and Attentive systems, assessing the impact of consolidation, and identifying gaps in current lifecycle flows to support a more integrated, cross-channel customer experience.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience participating in ESP migrations, platform setups, or integrations, and will be able to ask the right critical questions to ensure an effective rebuild.
*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
