Job Description

The CRM & VIP Analyst at Betsson Group will analyze data to enhance player engagement and loyalty across Casino & Sports verticals. Responsibilities include measuring CRM campaign performance, partnering with stakeholders for data-driven insights, deep diving into player behavior, forecasting spending, managing bonus risk, and supporting VIP Managers with insightful analysis. The role involves building and maintaining CRM & VIP dashboards to provide stakeholders with up-to-date data.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, CRM analytics, or customer insights
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with Python
  • Solid experience using Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with statistical methods such as A/B testing and advanced analytics
  • Prior experience or genuine interest in the iGaming industry
  • Understanding of player bonuses and incentives
  • Great at problem solving and critical thinking
  • Highly analytical, curious, and able to approach complex business questions strategically
  • A compelling storyteller, able to communicate data insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

A Flavour of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Measure & Optimise CRM Performance

Track and analyse the effectiveness of CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, outbound calls). Proactively forecast results and flag areas for improvement.

  • Partner with Key Stakeholders

Collaborate closely with CRM teams to provide data-driven insights, regular reporting, and performance summaries on campaign effectiveness and player engagement.

  • Deep Dive into Player Insights

Perform detailed analysis to understand player behavior, identify key engagement drivers, and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance player lifecycle value.

  • Forecast & Analyse Spend

Ensure CRM & VIP spending aligns with strategic goals by forecasting, monitoring, and evaluating campaign and player lifecycle investments.

  • Proactive Risk Management

Identify bonus risk, detect potential fraud, and provide insights into player behavior patterns to mitigate risks and optimise marketing spend.

  • Enhance VIP Experiences

Support VIP Managers by delivering insightful analysis of high-value player activities, preferences, and responses to CRM initiatives. Guide decision-making for VIP event planning and execution.

  • Maintain & Innovate Reporting

Build, maintain, and enhance CRM & VIP dashboards and reports to ensure stakeholders have the latest data at their fingertips.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
