Job Summary
The IS&T Retail Engineering Programs team is looking for a Cross Functional Test Lead to join their group. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of processes for end-to-end integration testing. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills who can contribute in a team environment. Responsibilities include creating and presenting risks and mitigations to Senior Management, leading testing efforts for multiple cross-functional retail projects with concurrent timelines, establishing QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches, and collaborating with the Automation Lead to reduce regression test cycles with the goal of 100% automation. This role also involves working with business, technical development teams, and project managers to implement test plans for high-quality product releases.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Develop and implement test plans, QA processes, and methodologies
- Perform manual and automation testing
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools
- Set up test data and environments for end-to-end testing
Good to Have
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead
- Quickly identify and understand issues
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Collaborate with business partners, developers, and support teams
