Job Summary

Job Description

Responsible for the display of media plans approved by the client. Executes, verifies, and is able to respond promptly to daily client requirements, providing constant support to the Off/On Planner and Supervisor.
Must have:
  • Execute all media plans for their client portfolio.
  • Verify correct display of guidelines in all client-approved media.
  • Regularize order entry into the system (Advertmind).
  • Correct adjustment orders requested by media auditor.
  • Preparation of Competition Reports.
  • Generate calculation of various indicators like cpr, cpm, cpc, etc., monthly reports requested by client.
  • Generate competition reports, pre and post campaign evaluation or ad-hoc reports as indicated by superiors, for all measured media.
  • Maintain record or verification of assets (photo, video, audio, screenshots) for all activities in all media for each client.
  • Send deadlines and delivery, publication or display dates, asset grid, ad formats timely to other involved agencies, creative or digital.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all media plans for their client portfolio.
  • Verify the correct display of guidelines in all client-approved media.
  • Regularize the entry of orders into the system (Advertmind).
  • Correct adjustment orders requested by media auditor.
  • Preparation of Competition Reports.
  • Generate calculation of various indicators such as: cpr, cpm, cpc, etc., monthly reports requested by the client.
  • Generate competition reports, pre and post campaign evaluation or ad-hoc reports as indicated by their superiors, for all media that have measurement (daily, weekly, monthly, campaign, etc.).
  • Maintain a record or verification of assets (photographic, video, audio, screenshots) of all activities carried out in all media and for each client that requires it.
  • Send deadlines and delivery, publication or display dates, asset grid, ad formats in a timely manner to the other agencies involved, whether creative or digital.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the client and their market.
  • Confidentiality of handled information.
  • Excellent disposition and proactivity, curiosity, meticulous, organized, accurate.

  • Respond to the requirements of the Planner in charge.
  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Handle basic concepts of off and online advertising.
  • Have mastery of media, brands, and competitors.
