Job Description

Acts in the implementation and operation of On and Off media campaigns, and performs daily performance monitoring as well as analysis.
Must have:
  • Specification spreadsheet (PM - On and Off)
  • Broadcasting checking
  • Campaign implementation
  • Control of material receipt / correction
  • Issuance of PIs and Media Buying
  • Financial processes / NF extraction / PO control
  • Preparation of databases for reports (Excel)
  • Campaign monitoring
  • Interactions with media outlets for data monitoring for reports
  • Internal meetings (briefing, checkpoints, work meetings, etc.)
  • Customer service (defenses, explanations, calls, etc.)
  • Interactions with internal areas (Business, Production, Creation, BI, Technology)
  • Weekly and Monthly Report completion
  • Billing control, POs, aligned with Media Plan

Overview

Acts in the implementation and operation of On and Off media campaigns, and performs daily performance monitoring as well as analysis.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis, the person will be responsible for:

  • Specification spreadsheet (PM - On and Off);
  • Broadcasting checking
  • Campaign implementation;
  • Control of material receipt / correction;
  • Issuance of PIs and Media Buying;
  • Financial processes / NF extraction / PO control;
  • Preparation of databases for reports (Excel);
  • Campaign monitoring;
  • Interactions with media outlets for data monitoring for reports;
  • Internal meetings (briefing, checkpoints, work meetings, etc.);
  • Customer service (defenses, explanations, calls, etc.);
  • Interactions with internal areas (Business, Production, Creation, BI, Technology);
  • Weekly and Monthly Report completion;
  • Billing control, POs, aligned with Media Plan.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Digital campaign configuration – Facebook, TikTok, Google and other media platforms (Understand how the platforms work, and have knowledge of basic Media metrics);
  • Experience with Ad Solution.
