Job Description

As a digital content support specialist, your job is to partner with various marketing team functions to support the strategy, ideation, and execution of content for the web and email marketing channels. This is a Maternity Leave Contract from December 2025 till March 2027, requiring 5 days Onsite. The role involves exceptional writing, digital marketing understanding, research, and proficiency in Office 365 and Canva.
Good To Have:
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal or ContentStack or Cloudinary
Must Have:
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style
  • Ability to adapt writing style to various formats, such as blog posts, website copy, and email content
  • General understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
  • Strong research skills to gather information from diverse sources and create engaging, informative content
  • Experience in Office 365
  • Experience in Canva
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, web and email
  • Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field
  • Experience in running digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience leading complex and highly strategic digital engagements
  • Strong proficiency in social platforms
  • Effective measurement frameworks for social programs
  • Passionately committed to collaboration and is a dynamic team player
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation, and communication skills
  • Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risks
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities, attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage all internal and external relationships, vendors and partners

  • Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risks
