The Senior Performance Media Manager exists to influence high-performing digital campaigns with strategic clarity, operational precision and a adherence to excellence. You are a recommended advisor to clients and a key driver of team capability, balancing delivery with influence and implementation with innovation. This role is about stepping up: owning more intricate objections, shaping campaign strategy and mentoring others to elevate their craft. You bring a proactive mindset, a sharp eye for performance and a collaborative spirit that lifts the team around you. You don’t just oversee campaigns, you shape outcomes, influence direction and create momentum. Your guidance drives results, fosters growth and strengthens our reputation as a performance-first agency.
Your scope will include:
- Spearhead with strategic intent. Shape campaign strategies that align with client goals and unlock performance potential. You’re not just implementing, you’re influencing direction.
- Deliver excellence. Own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, ensuring every detail is right and every result is measured. You consistently exceed expectations.
- Strengthen partnerships. Build deeper client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities and guiding conversations that drive growth.
- Elevate insights. Influence the development of reporting narratives that combine performance to business impact. You bring clarity and confidence to every review.
- Mentor with purpose. Coach and develop junior team members, helping them grow in confidence, capability and craft. You’re a role model and a guide.

- Drive operational clarity. Oversee campaign setup, pacing and budget management with precision. You ensure smooth delivery and commercial hygiene.

- Assist growth. Spot opportunities to expand scope, improve performance or introduce new solutions. You help unlock new value for clients and the agency.

- Build influence. Develop strong relationships across the agency and with media partners, contributing to broader strategic conversations and initiatives.

What type of person will be successful in this role:
- Experience overseeing direct report(s), clients, and media campaigns.
- Ideally you have worked within an agency environment on high-value clients.
- Bold, comfortable, and professional when communicating with clients and third parties
- Established experience in Digital Activation/Performance (Search, Social, Programmatic)
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Self-assured, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-changing role
- Your organisational prowess will be the key to assisting our team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Able to work as part of a larger team and build relationships
- Team-oriented and keen for others to succeed with you
- Contribute positively to performance team WIPs and digital forums
