Job Summary

PXP Studios is seeking a Tool PM in Bogotá to optimize the operational efficiency of Project Management teams. This role involves implementing, managing, and improving technological tools that integrate agile methodologies and UX/UI principles into audiovisual production. The Tool PM will ensure effective project execution, adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, identify improvement opportunities, and promote digital process adoption aligned with team needs and organizational objectives.

Must Have

  • Implement and manage tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Train Project Managers in the advanced use of these platforms.
  • Design intuitive interfaces and functional dashboards focused on user experience.
  • Lead the adoption of new tools and promote cultural adaptation to change.
  • Integrate audiovisual production workflows with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Measure results and KPIs through dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or other platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree/technical degree completed or equivalent experience.
  • Formal education in Software Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing/Advertising degree or related fields.
  • Experienced in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), Office tools, Project Management tools and digital marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience working on related fields.
  • Advance level English.

Good to Have

  • Certification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt).

Job Description

In Bogotá we´re searching for a Tool PM will be responsible for optimizing the operational efficiency of Project Management teams by implementing, managing, and continuously improving technological tools that integrate agile methodologies and UX/UI principles into audiovisual production processes. Their primary role will be to ensure the effective execution of projects, guaranteeing adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, they will identify improvement opportunities, promote the adoption of digital processes, and ensure that the tools used align with the team's needs and the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Train Project Managers in the advanced use of these platforms.
  • Design intuitive interfaces and functional dashboards focused on user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/technical degree completed or equivalent experience.
  • Formal education in Software Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing/Advertising degree or related fields.
  • Certification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt) – is a plus.
  • Experienced in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Office tools, Project Management tools and digital marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience working on related fields.
  • Advance level English.
