Job Description

We are seeking a Generative AI Lead to drive the adoption, design, and deployment of AI-led solutions across marketing workflows including Creative, Media and business transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, and hands-on knowledge of Predictive & generative ecosystem AI creative problem-solving — someone who can translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, high-impact business outcomes. Key responsibilities include defining the Generative AI roadmap, rolling out global AI systems, partnering with teams to productionize AI-driven workflows, consulting clients on AI solutions, and acting as an internal AI evangelist.
Good To Have:
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing, creative, operations, and data ecosystems.
  • Experience working in agency, consulting, or enterprise digital transformation environments.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
  • Prior experience in a consulting, marketing, or digital innovation setup.
Must Have:
  • Drive adoption, design, and deployment of AI-led solutions.
  • Define and execute the Generative AI roadmap.
  • Roll out global AI systems and initiatives (LLM-based tools, content generation, personalization, data synthesis, prompt engineering frameworks).
  • Partner with creative, data, and technology teams to prototype and productionize AI-driven workflows (text, image, video, or code generation).
  • Consult clients on AI solutions for business and marketing challenges.
  • Act as an internal AI evangelist, running workshops, training sessions, and proof-of-concept demos.
  • Establish AI usage guidelines ensuring responsible, explainable, and ethical deployment.
  • 10+ years experience in technology, data science, or digital transformation.
  • 2+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
  • Strong understanding & experience consulting about LLMs, synthetic image & voice video and music generation, prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of upcoming agentic solutions experiences such as LangChain.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and business impact.
  • Understanding of AI governance, IP, and ethical implications.

About the Role

We are seeking a Generative AI Lead to drive the adoption, design, and deployment of AI-led solutions across marketing workflows including Creative, Media and business transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, and hands-on knowledge of Predictive & generative ecosystem AI creative problem-solving — someone who can translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Generative AI roadmap for the organization, identifying high-value use cases across marketing, creative, operations, and data ecosystems.
  • Work with APAC & global team to roll out our global AI systems & initiatives at local market. (LLM-based tools, content generation, personalization, data synthesis, prompt engineering frameworks).
  • Partner with creative, data, and technology teams to prototype and productionize AI-driven workflows (text, image, video, or code generation).
  • Consult clients - AI overview sessions, workshops to solve their business and marketing challenges with AI solutions and AI powered customer experiences.
  • Act as an internal AI evangelist — running workshops, training sessions, and proof-of-concept demos to drive AI literacy across teams.
  • Work with internal teams across agencies to help them adopt the right tools for their purposes, as well as help them solution for customer experience ideas.
  • Establish AI usage guidelines ensuring responsible, explainable, and ethical deployment of models within organizational frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, data science, or digital transformation, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
  • Strong understanding & experience consulting about LLMs, synthetic image & voice video and music generation, prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of upcoming agentic solutions experiences such as LangChain.
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing, creative, operations, and data ecosystems would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and business impact.
  • Understanding of AI governance, IP, and ethical implications.
