We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CSE (Channel Sales Executive) Lead – META (End Users) to lead our regional sales team and drive the continued success of our security solutions across the MEAT market.
As a senior sales leader reporting to the EMEA Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving end-user sales growth, managing a team of high-performing sales professionals, and helping shape the strategy and execution of our video and access control business within Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
Lead and manage a regional team focused on end-user acquisition and sales growth across META.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members by setting clear quarterly and annual targets using tools like Salesforce to track progress.
Oversee SalesForce pipeline management, ensuring consistent opportunity creation and proper deal progression by direct reports.
Design and execute a scalable, comprehensive sales strategy and practice for the META CSE team.
Guide the team in identifying and nurturing relationships with key end user customers to drive long-term growth.
Manage quota attainment across Senior Sales Directors and other key team members, aligning with broader organizational goals.
Collaborate with leadership to create annual business plans and territory strategies.
Foster a high-performance, team-oriented work environment that promotes accountability, creativity, and mutual success.
Provide market feedback and strategic insights on customer requirements, competitive trends, and new product opportunities.
Actively participate in trade shows, end user customer engagements, and marketing events to promote the brand and solutions.
Partner with internal stakeholders including product, engineering, and operations to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience in End User sales including experience of the video security solution sales or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams in complex enterprise environments.
A basic understanding of the video surveillance and access control industry.
A deep understanding of the landscape of the End User market.
Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies, lead execution, and drive measurable outcomes.
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and growth-focused organization.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% across the META region.
Candidates must be located within META.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the evolving needs of the business.
Most come from a business focused on delivering projects from End Users direct touch without any channels inclusion (until the order stage)
