Job Description

The Azar Global Business Operation Team plays a crucial role in identifying and resolving diverse business challenges for global service operations. This data-driven team supports decision-making from strategy formulation to execution by leveraging data analysis and insights. It aims to unify the team's growth direction, enabling the organization to effectively solve problems and achieve continuous growth.
Must have:
  • Design and optimize research environments for user experience
  • Coordinate and manage communication with external research partners
  • Plan and manage user-centric research, operate and introduce research tools
  • Structure research results, derive insights, and link to product improvements
  • Collaborate with product teams to establish user-centric product direction
Good to have:
  • Experience creating tangible business impact through research design and operation
  • Experience using various UX research tools or platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Typeform)
  • Experience collaborating with external research agencies and managing projects
  • Experience in global service operation or overseas launch
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders in a global business environment
  • Over 3 years of business planning and operation experience in IT or platform-based services

Job Details

Azar Global Business Operation Team

Plays a key role in identifying and resolving various business issues for global service operations. This team performs data-driven tasks, supporting decision-making throughout the entire process from business strategy formulation to execution, utilizing data analysis and insights. It contributes to aligning the entire team's growth direction, enabling the organization to effectively solve problems and achieve continuous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design research environments to clearly understand and improve user experience, and systematically operate and optimize internal and external research processes.
  • Coordinate communication with external research partners and manage relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Directly plan and manage user-centric research, operate research tools and systems, and introduce new tools or programs when necessary.
  • Structure qualitative and quantitative research results, derive key insights, and directly connect them to product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with product teams and other relevant departments to support the establishment of user-centric product direction based on research.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to deeply understand product and user needs, and reflect research insights in product development.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate smoothly with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to set goals independently and proactively achieve them to the end.
  • Possess an Analytic Mindset to solve problems based on data.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Korean.

Preferred

  • Experience creating tangible business impact through research design and operation.
  • Experience using various UX research tools or platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Typeform, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with and managing projects with external research agencies and partners.
  • Experience in global service operation or overseas launch.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders in a global business environment.
  • Over 3 years of business planning and operation experience in IT or platform-based services.
