This position is to work in a hybrid regime, in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais.
Who will you work with?
We are part of the Integration team, composed of professionals specialized in analyzing failures in the railway control system reported by external clients and in supporting internal project demands, always ensuring quality and compliance with agreed deadlines.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the railway control system, collecting data and analyzing failure occurrences, evaluating probable causes and directing solutions for the specific segment. You will prepare technical reports and task execution procedures, in addition to supporting assisted operations during the project implementation phase.

- Ability to analyze algorithms;
- Knowledge in programming languages;
- Knowledge in computer networks;
- Practical oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
- Developed analytical skills;
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Complete or ongoing education in Information Technology or Engineering;
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio);
- Intermediate English;
- Knowledge in agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, Kanban and others;
- Availability for occasional travel.
How will your day-to-day be?
- Assist in ensuring the reliability of the railway control system;
- Analyze incidents opened by failures reported by the client;
- Collect logs for analysis;
- Collect reliability information to prioritize failure corrections;
- Prepare system reliability monitoring reports;
- Participate in technical reconciliation meetings with the client;
- Participate in 24/7 on-call duty – attending to client support requests;
- Participate in Assisted Operations during system implementation;
- Configure copies of logs from production servers/panels;
- Analyze alarms from the IT monitoring tool;
- Create procedures for task execution;
- Train and transfer knowledge about the implemented infrastructure to the client;
- Work as a team to study defects and symptom trees;
- Work closely with internal segments and clients to identify and resolve problems;
- Participate and lead meetings to discuss failure analyses with the client.
