This role involves comprehensive coordination of customer complaints, leading problem-solving teams, managing SAP and Power BI for complaint handling, and overseeing customer portals. The position requires active communication and collaboration with customers in foreign languages and internal departments, as well as preparing for and conducting customer visits and audits.
Must have:
  • Comprehensive coordination of customer complaints

  • Complaint handling in SAP, self-check in Power BI
  • Management of customer portals: daily status review, 8D reports, evaluations
  • Contact and cooperation with customers in foreign languages
  • Contact and cooperation with other departments
  • Preparation and execution of customer visits and audits

Job Description

Your tasks:

  • Comprehensive coordination of customer complaints

Qualifications

  • Confident English and/or German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Higher education degree
  • Experience in quality assurance is an advantage
  • Automotive industry experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methods is an advantage
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Technical affinity
