The Eger and Maklár plants of Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Kft. supply steering gears, steering columns, steering shafts, and reconditioned parts to the world's most renowned car manufacturers in the best quality and most efficient way as an automotive supplier. Job Description
Your tasks:
- Comprehensive coordination of customer complaints
- Coordination of problem-solving team
- Complaint handling in SAP, self-check in Power BI
- Management of customer portals: daily status review, 8D reports, evaluations
- Contact and cooperation with customers in foreign languages
- Contact and cooperation with other departments
- Preparation and execution of customer visits and audits
Qualifications
- Confident English and/or German language skills in writing and speaking
- Higher education degree
- Experience in quality assurance is an advantage
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Technical affinity
