Job Description

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for operational tasks and providing consultations to policyholders, especially senior citizens, regarding policies, coverage, and claim processes. The candidate will assist in the settlement process and provide support to staff and clients, handle inquiries from policyholders, especially the elderly, about their policies and medical records for claims, and facilitate payment processes to suppliers. The role also involves using Excel and other Office tools to effectively manage data and communications.
Must have:
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Office, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Patience in handling inquiries from older clients.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the insurance sector or related processes.
  • A proactive attitude towards teamwork and client relations.

Estamos buscando un profesional talentoso para unirse a nuestro equipo de Asesoría en Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en Lima, en el Banco Central de la Reserva. El Ejecutivo de Atención al Cliente será responsable de tareas operativas y de proporcionar consultas a los asegurados, especialmente a personas mayores con preguntas sobre pólizas, coberturas y procesos de reclamación.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Asistir en el proceso de liquidación y brindar apoyo al personal y a los clientes.
  • Atender consultas de los asegurados, especialmente de adultos mayores, sobre sus pólizas y expedientes clínicos para reclamaciones.
  • Facilitar los procesos de pago a proveedores.
  • Utilizar Excel y otras herramientas de Office para gestionar datos y comunicaciones de manera efectiva.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en un rol similar.
  • Dominio intermedio de Excel y familiaridad con Office, Teams y Outlook.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y paciencia para manejar consultas de clientes mayores.
