Job Description

This role involves managing customer orders from setup to follow-up, ensuring accurate ship dates for optimal on-time delivery. The Customer Services Representative will be the primary link between customers and the company, requiring clear and empathetic communication. Key responsibilities include daily order status reporting, internal follow-ups for timely delivery, and coordinating expedited materials, alongside weekly order variation analysis.
Must have:
  • Set up and follow up on customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer order ship dates for on-time delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and internal teams.
  • Serve as the main link between customers and the company.
  • Revise and analyze weekly order variations.
  • Report daily order status to customers.
  • Follow up internally to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate daily expedited material.

Job Details

Position Summary

  • Set up and follow up of orders from customers.
  • Maintain accurate Customer Order ship dates in system to maximize On Time Delivery Performance.
  • Clear, empathetic, and efficient communication with customers and internal team.
  • Customer service is the main link between customers and the company through all the processes.

Your Role

  • Set up orders in the system.
  • Maintain Order Ship Dates for accurate On Time Delivery performance
  • Revision and analysis of weekly orders variations.
  • Daily communication with customers to report status of orders.
  • Internal follow up to assure on time delivery.
  • Daily coordination of expedited material.

Your Background

  • English as 2nd language. (Written-Spoken).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP (Preferably), or any other system.
  • Scholarship (Industrial engineer, Industrial administration, international commerce, or Business Administration degree).
  • 1-2 years of experience in positions such as customer service, Logistics, procurement etc.
