Job Description

Responsible to the General Supervisor of Final Assembly Manufacturing for managing material, human, technical, systematic, and administrative resources to meet production schedules. Key responsibilities include meeting production and labor efficiency targets, improving quality, maintaining a safe work environment, monitoring quality systems, promoting safety, developing cost reduction projects, and meeting SCRAP reduction targets.
Must have:
  • Meet the production target.
  • Meet labor efficiency targets in the area.
  • Improve quality.
  • Comply with OSAS Quality Systems.
  • Maintain a CLEAN, SAFE, and ORGANIZED work environment.
  • Monitor the quality system.
  • Promote Safety and Environmental practices.
  • Comply with EOS, BSI, and ISO 14000 procedures.
  • Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
  • Meet SCRAP reduction targets.
  • Develop ECIP cost reduction projects.
  • Industrial Engineer or related degree
  • Intermediate-advanced English (reading and writing)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Personnel management
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Leadership
  • Proactive
  • Results-oriented

Job Details

  • Industrial Engineer or related degree
