Sr Master Scheduler

Generic Description:

Plan and analyze plant requirements to have raw material available in the warehouse, ensure the production plan, and maintain raw material inventory levels within defined minimums and maximums.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure by any means/schedule, to have the necessary material in plant
• Purchased supplier traffic light implemented (ABC analysis)
• Follow-up on critical NP
• Daily communication with suppliers
• Supplier monitoring and performance
• Min-Max monitoring by part number
• Raw material requisition analysis
• Supplier monitoring and performance
• Release preparation
• Management of excess and obsolete report

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree
• +3 years experience in supply chain
• Advanced English
• Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of production plans
