Job Description

The Sr Master Scheduler will plan and analyze plant requirements to ensure raw material availability in the warehouse, secure the production plan, and maintain raw material inventory levels within defined minimums and maximums. This includes ensuring material availability at all times, implementing supplier traffic light systems, following up on critical non-production items, daily supplier communication, and performance monitoring. The role also involves raw material requisition analysis, Min-Max monitoring by part number, release preparation, and managing excess and obsolete reports.
Must have:
  • Plan and analyze plant requirements for raw material availability.
  • Ensure production plan and maintain raw material inventory levels.
  • Ensure necessary material in plant at all times.
  • Implement purchased supplier traffic light (ABC analysis).
  • Follow-up on critical NP.
  • Daily communication with suppliers.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Monitor Min-Max by part number.
  • Analyze raw material requisitions.
  • Prepare releases.
  • Manage excess and obsolete reports.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years experience in supply chain.
  • Advanced English.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of production plans.

Generic Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure by any means/schedule, to have the necessary material in plant
  • Purchased supplier traffic light implemented (ABC analysis)
  • Follow-up on critical NP
  • Daily communication with suppliers
  • Supplier monitoring and performance
  • Min-Max monitoring by part number
  • Raw material requisition analysis
  • Supplier monitoring and performance
  • Release preparation
  • Management of excess and obsolete report

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • +3 years experience in supply chain
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of production plans
