Revenera is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. The role involves acting as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve their goals through effective use of Revenera's solutions. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving adoption, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, owning and growing customer relationships, developing success plans, identifying risks and opportunities to reduce churn, leading business reviews, advocating for customer needs, and contributing to Customer Success best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or enterprise software.

Must Have:
  • 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management in SaaS
  • Manage complex customer relationships

The Role 

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the strategic partner to our enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve their goals through the effective use of Revenera’s solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, drive adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic customers. 
  • Develop and execute success plans aligned with customer goals and product capabilities. 
  • Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. 
  • Identify risks and opportunities, working to reduce churn and expand usage. 
  • Lead regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Services teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and influence product roadmap decisions. 
  • Contribute to Customer Success best practices. 

 

What You Bring 

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS or enterprise software. 
  • Proven success managing complex customer relationships and delivering business value. 
  • Strong understanding of software licensing, usage analytics, or monetization models is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
