The Netsuite Application Administrator collaborates with the Accounting and Finance team to identify, prioritize and implement system improvements while also performing daily end-user support and administrative duties within our NetSuite financial system and Zip procurement system including user administration, reporting writing, UI updates and system maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support and maintenance of various financial applications for internal use, especially NetSuite and Zip
- Partner with the Accounting team to analyze business processes and suggest new ways to use NetSuite and other financial systems to optimize and improve performance
- Perform system administration duties including managing users, security, updates and bi-annual releases
- Work with the development organization on interfaces and integration projects, enhancement requests and bug fixes
- Perform functional configuration and enhancements, including custom fields, forms, records, workflows, reporting, and user roles to support business requirements
- Optimize ‘out of box’ functionality within NetSuite
- Create saved searches, reports and dashboards in NetSuite for end-users, meeting any specific reporting requirement. Use Netsuite Analytics for more complex report requests.
- Manage support escalations to NetSuite support or 3rd party and internal developers as needed
- Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite and business processes, including requirements, designs, and user manuals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP
- Boomi, Salesforce and Zip experience is a plus
- Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite financials
- Experience using Netsuite Analytics for report writing
- Basic understanding of accounting processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report)
