Customer Success Managers connect strategic clients to LSEG Data & Feeds solutions, ensuring full utilization by discovering and implementing workflow solutions. This role focuses on adoption and expansion of LSEG, specifically pricing and reference data, acting as a trusted adviser and roadmap architect. The CSM engages with decision-makers, reduces competitive risk, and identifies opportunities to increase satisfaction, adoption, renewal, and upsell potential.
Must have:
  • Clearly define business outcomes and success plans for customers.
  • Educate customers on enterprise platforms, content, and technologies.
  • Monitor usage, account health, and growth opportunities for insights.
  • Seek organic business expansion opportunities (up-sell / cross-sell).
  • Ensure customers maximize value from LSEG services and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with business decision makers and users.
  • Strong experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and open source technology.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within financial markets.
  • Confidence engaging with diverse roles from developers to C-level executives.
  • Ability to connect, collaborate, and build relationships.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
Good to have:
  • French language proficiency is preferred.
  • Proficiency in any other languages is a bonus.

Job Details

Customer Success Managers connect our most strategic clients to LSEG Data & Feeds solutions. This specialist plays a meaningful role in ensuring our customers extract the full power of LSEG by discovering and implementing workflow solutions while providing guidance throughout the customer’s journey.

The role is responsible for successful adoption and expansion of the LSEG within their accounts, specifically focusing on pricing and reference data solutions.

Equal parts trusted adviser and roadmap architect, the CSM collaboratively engages with key business decision makers, assists in reducing competitive risk, and finds opportunities in their accounts. Through increasing customer satisfaction and adoption, create the conditions for optimal renewal and upsell growth potential.

Role Overview:

  • Clearly define business outcomes and success plans to gain and track customer objectives, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
  • Educate customers on how to use our enterprise platforms, content, and technologies tailored to use-case needs.
  • Monitor usage, account health, and growth opportunities to create actionable insights and strategically pivot as necessary.
  • Seek out organic business expansion opportunities (up-sell / cross-sell) in collaboration with business development partners.
  • Ensure customers derive maximum from our services and solutions, using the full extent of their licenses/contracts.
  • Build, maintain and use strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to capture customer intelligence and influence adoption.

What do you need to bring:

  • Looking for a candidate who comes from strong experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and/or open source technology in a customer facing role in financial markets.
  • Confidence engaging with a broad variety of roles from developers, application owners, data scientists, data architects, data engineers, market data, to c-level executives.
  • The ability and desire to connect and collaborate with people and build relationships.
  • Confidence to engage with a wide range of roles from enthusiasts to c-Level executives.
  • Fluent English is mandatory and French would be a preference. Any other languages are a bonus.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
