adjoe is a leading mobile advertising company, redefining the future of mobile ads with advanced AI and first-party data. They specialize in offerwall experiences like Playtime and Arcade, driving engagement and revenue for app publishers, and are expanding into programmatic advertising with adjoe Ads. The Data Analyst will join the Playtime Demand Solutions team, which manages a time- and event-based ad unit rewarding users for playing mobile games, connecting advertisers to over 200 million users globally and processing 2 billion requests daily.
Must Have
- Apply analytical skills to uncover patterns and trends in business operations and user flows.
- Develop and implement KPIs and tracking systems to measure performance and detect anomalies.
- Build pipelines and workflows for automated analysis and monitoring across product areas and user behaviors.
- Research, present, and implement performance experiments with data and product teams.
- Safeguard data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
- Share knowledge and learn within a growing data team.
- 2+ years of experience as Data Analyst.
- Comprehensive SQL skills (CTEs, joins, window functions).
- Extensive Python experience with Pandas, NumPy, Plotly/Matplotlib.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Streamlit, SuperSet, or similar.
- Comfortable demonstrating coding skills in a live interview without LLM assistance.
Good to Have
- Experience with S3, Airflow, boto3, dbt, or similar.
- Background in AdTech or Mobile App analytics.

Meet Your Team: Playtime Demand Solutions
Playtime is a time- and event-based ad unit that continuously rewards users with in-app currency – for the time they spend and events completed while playing mobile games. We connect advertisers to 200+ million Playtime users and serve 2bn requests per day at low latency. We ensure that all parties involved have a positive experience. Advertisers get more users for their apps. Monetizers earn revenue for users on their platforms. Users play fun games while simultaneously getting rewarded.
What You Will Do:
- Investigate: Apply your best analytical skills to uncover patterns and trends within complex business operations and asynchronous user flows.
- Monitor: Develop and implement KPIs and tracking systems to measure business performance, detect anomalies, and identify underperforming areas.
- Create: Build pipelines and workflows for automated analysis and monitoring across dozens of product areas, hundreds of apps, and diverse user behaviors.
- Experiment: Research, present, and implement performance experiments in collaboration with large data and product teams.
- Ensure: Safeguard data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations and policies.
- Learn: Share your knowledge and learn from others within a large, growing data team.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience as Data Analyst.
- Comprehensive SQL skills (CTEs, joins, window functions).
- Extensive Python experience with Pandas, NumPy, Plotly/Matplotlib.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Streamlit, SuperSet, or similar.
- Comfortable demonstrating coding skills in a live interview without LLM assistance.
