Job Summary
Job Description
As a data mining specialist, you will be responsible for using large amounts of data accumulated by Cygames' games and services to improve these games and services. You will act as an advisor to game and service producers and directors, proposing measures based on constructed hypotheses, and measuring effects including aggregation and report creation. You will also be involved in communicating the importance of data to the project members of the games and services you are in charge of and setting up an environment to access the data. The responsibilities include data aggregation and report creation using SQL, identifying issues and verifying measures, advising and proposing to various staff within the company, visualizing and operating data using analysis tools, discovering and proposing new numerical indicators, and modeling using specialized knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning.

- Knowledge of statistics.
- Basic knowledge of database/SQL.
- Aggregation skills using SQL.
- Experience in graphing and visualizing numbers using Excel.
- Analysis experience using databases.
- Programming skills with analysis tools like R and Python.
- Specialized knowledge in data mining/statistical analysis/machine learning/natural language processing.
- Business knowledge in games/social media/net advertising.
- Experience in developing and operating scalable systems.
- 2+ years experience proposing and advising.
- Experience creating dashboards using Tableau.

仕事内容
Cygamesが運営するゲームやサービスに蓄積された大量のデータを駆使して、
ゲームやサービスの改善につながる業務を担当していただきます。
ゲームやサービスのプロデューサーやディレクターの参謀役として、
構築した仮設を元にした施策提案だけでなく、
集計やレポートの作成を含む効果測定まで行っていただきます。
担当するゲームやサービスのプロジェクトメンバーにデータの重要性を伝えデータに
アクセスする環境を整備する業務も行っていただきます。
