The Data Operations Program Manager will be part of the Landing Page Data Operations team, supporting Product and Development to maintain data quality and landing page lifecycle management. This role oversees the analysis, reporting, and improvement of data quality processes to enhance user experience and conversion. Responsibilities include implementing data quality standards, conducting data audits, identifying areas for improvement in landing page design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting A/B tests. The role requires a strong sense of ownership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of data quality and operational strategies.

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Landing Page teams define and build features that optimize the way customers browse our inventory and help them easily find and reach relevant eBay pages when searching on search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. With literally hundreds of millions of products listed on eBay globally at any time, the scale at which eBay has to consider search engine optimization puts our team in a unique position to innovate and provide immediate value to the business. This team builds high-quality, scalable and highly-available business solutions that are used by millions of eBay users across the globe every day. We are responsible for driving organic free traffic that represents billions of dollars worth of goods and services bought on eBay.

What Will You Do?
You will be part of the Landing Page Data Operations team, which supports Product and Development to maintain data quality and landing page lifecycle management. This role oversees the analysis, reporting, and improvement of data quality processes to enhance user experience and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership,  technical expertise, and a deep understanding of data quality.

​Job Responsibilities


Data Quality and Governance:

  • Implement and enforce data quality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct data audits and quality assessments to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable for analysis.

Optimization and Testing:

  • Identify areas for improvement in landing page design, content and user experience based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, development) to implement changes and optimize landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.

 
Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree
  • Proven experience in program management or operations, particularly within digital marketing or data-driven environments.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and landing page optimization strategies
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
