Data & Reporting Analyst

The Role

Key Responsibilities: 

• Studying business requirements and aligning them with data;
• Developing, identifying, and implementing various technical solutions to support efficient analytics processes;
• Discovering insights based on customer data, reporting them, and automating the reporting process;
• Providing reports and ad hoc analysis based on the business needs;
• Building and maintaining live dashboards to track commercial and business security indicators and performance metrics;
• Providing reports required for monthly financial closing and verifying data accuracy;
• Initiating technical innovations, identifying new tools, and integrating them into business processes.

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of work experience on a similar role;
• Expertise in building antifraud analytics systems (Alert Systems);
• Experience of developing fraud detection algorithms with customer activity databases;
• Basic knowledge of fraud schemes, trends and typologies;
• Advanced Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, Clickhouse), Apache NiFi will be considered as an advantage;
• Practical knowledge of antifraud analytics systems;
• Advance Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Power Query, and DAX;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Advanced Knowledges of MS Office;
• Basic knowledge of Python/R;
• Knowledge of Splunk will be considered as an advantage;
• Knowledge and experience with customer segmentation methods (e.g., regression, correlation analysis, variance analysis, factor analysis, clustering methods).
