Job Description

The CRM Service Comms Coordinator will develop and maintain customer communications across various channels like SMS, email, and push notifications. This role focuses on guiding customers through promotions and product experiences, ensuring seamless content delivery and high-quality implementation. The coordinator will also identify improvement opportunities and work with regional teams for localization.
Good To Have:
  • Additional language skills (Spanish is a great advantage).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and tools, project management tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jira).
  • Experience within the online gaming sector (CRM, Customer Service, Payments) and interest in its product offering.
Must Have:
  • Maintain and develop communications for product experience and promotions across various channels.
  • Own the overall implementation process and identify opportunities for improved quality and effectiveness.
  • Create fitting copies using best service communications practices with customer experience in mind.
  • Work closely with regional teams to ensure project alignment and flawless message localization.
  • Master the quality assurance process with a strong focus on thorough testing.
  • Navigate through a range of software, digital tools, and platforms efficiently.
  • Identify challenges or gaps to improve player experience and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork with different stakeholders.
  • Participate in establishing CRM best practices, strategies, templates, policies, and tools for Betsson Group.

The CRM Service Comms Coordinator you will develop and maintain a range of communications that guide customers though promotions and product experience. You need to be able to put yourself in customers shoes and ensure that content seamlessly guides the customers though the product experience utilizing variety of communication channels, including but not limited to SMS, email, on-site notifications, push notifications.

  • Own the overall implementation process and identify opportunities for improved quality and effectiveness.
  • Create fitting copies, utilizing best service communications practices, with the best customer experience in mind. Work closely with regional teams to ensure project alignment and a flawless message localisation.
  • Master the quality assurance process with a strong focus on thorough testing.
  • Navigate through a range of software, digital tools and platforms, utilising them to achieve goals efficiently.
  • Identify any challenges or gaps and strive to improve player experience and overall customer satisfaction with use of service communication.
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork with different stakeholders.
  • Participate in establishing CRM best practices, strategies, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the Betsson Group.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You’re good at:

  • Experience in Project Management (at least 1 year)
  • Ability to multi-task and to prioritise workloads
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Digitally proficient, able to adapt to new technologies quickly

Extra awesome:

  • Additional language skills (Spanish is a great advantage)
  • CRM platforms and tools, project management tools experience is a plus (example: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jira)
  • Experience within the online gaming sector (CRM, Customer Service, Payments) and an interest in its product offering
