Betsson Group is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their award-winning team in Malta. This hybrid role involves assisting customers via email, chat, and telephone, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers limitless opportunities for learning and progression within the iGaming industry, working with a multicultural team.

Good To Have:

Additional language skills (example: Italian, Spanish, Greek, German, Polish etc)

Must Have:

Help English speaking customers via e-mail, chat and telephone
Work together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction
Translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local language
Manage customer accounts
Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
Be flexible as this role might require day shift and night shift
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
Multi-tasking and time management

Help English speaking customers via e-mail, chat and telephone

Translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local language
Manage customer accounts
Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

You're good at:
