Responsibilities
A Performance Marketing Data Scientist plays a key role in developing and delivering impactful data products to enable Metacore’s accelerating growth and top-notch performance. In practice, this means (at least) the following:
- Work closely with marketing specialists, data engineers and scientist to scale our user acquisition
- Identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve ROI and automate operations
- Monitor and troubleshoot to ensure the quality and consistency of deployed solutions
- Contribute to the general ML-infrastructure
- Stay current with trends in data science, with a focus on applications in mobile marketing
Requirements
Here are some of the key skills and experience you should already have when joining Metacore as a Performance Marketing Data Scientist:
- Proven experience in end-to-end model deployments from prototyping to maintaining and improving production-grade solutions
- Proficient in Python, Julia or R and have used SQL at scale (Snowflake, Big query, Redshift etc.)
- Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in explaining model outcomes
- Work experience in performance marketing or adjacent field
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have these as well:
- Experience in MLOps
- Experience from F2P mobile games
