Job Description

As a Delivery Lead, you will guide teams towards objectives, goals, and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and communication. You will remove impediments, ensuring teams adhere to Scrum/Agile best practices, and facilitate Agile rituals such as Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Review. Responsibilities include coordinating implementations, collaborating with Product Owners and Business Analysts, building sprint delivery plans, communicating effectively, and maintaining relevant metrics. You will also create a culture of transparency, enforce Agile practices, adapt to shifting priorities, and work in a dynamic environment. The role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for helping the organization with re-engineering the financial ecosystem to support and drive sustainable economic growth.

Job Details

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guides rather than drives teams toward objectives, goals, and continuous improvement.
  • Initiates and fosters collaboration, communication, and team building.
  • Works to remove impediments in the organization so that the team can remain focused on achieving its goals.
  • Helps assure the team follows Scrum/Agile best practices and product development process.
  • Facilitates Agile Scrum rituals including Daily Stand up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Demo, Retrospective, and Scrum of scrums.
  • Coordinates solution implementation and delivery with other Scrum Masters /Delivery Leads & Managers and external teams.
  • Works with Product Owners/Business Analysts to intake work to all Agile teams assigned.
  • Able to build sprint delivery plans based on team capacity.
  • Effective and timely communication to all levels of the organization, including progress tracking and reporting.
  • Maintains relevant metrics that help the team and program see how they are doing.
  • Helps to create a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency.
  • Enforces standard Agile practices across all Development areas.
  • Adapts appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities. Be an agent of change.
  • Experience in delivering solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
  • Prior project management or leadership experience
