The role includes controlling project scope, providing regular reports, and participating in reviews. They need to be well-versed in P&L management and managing multiple portfolios, including fixed-price and T&M projects. The lead will also provide day-to-day direction, manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive internal teams. Demand/supply management and industry knowledge in the insurance domain are also crucial.
Must Have:
  • 15+ years of experience in Delivery Management.
  • Own and drive the project planning framework.
  • Manage and co-ordinate projects, interdependencies, and associated risks.
  • Control the project scope, ensuring rigorous change control.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to Stakeholders.
  • Well-versed with P&L management and financial KPIs.
  • Manage multiple portfolios including fixed price and T&M projects.
  • Provide day to day direction to the project team.
  • Strong relationship management with key client stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and acquire new business opportunities.

Delivery Lead Role
"Job Summary:
§ 15+ years of experience in Delivery Management
§ Exercise overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the Program/project to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards
§ Own and drive the project planning framework, ensuring that plans are developed and tracked to appropriate standards, are integrated effectively across all work-streams, are unambiguous and achievable, and that dependencies are clearly understood and managed
§ Own and drive the effective governance of the project, via the project management office, ensuring that bank technical, risk and other standards and compliance requirements are met and that the project governance framework is comprehensively defined and firmly embedded across all areas of the project
§ Manage and co-ordinate projects, their interdependencies, and associated risks and issues, escalating to the stakeholders as appropriate to ensure project delivery
§ Control the project scope, ensuring that rigorous change control is exercised
§ Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to the Stakeholders and participate in Steerco, EDR and other reviews
§ Well-versed with P&L management, forecast, actuals and all key financial KPI’s
§ Manage multiple portfolios including a fixed price and responsible T&M projects (in Data area)
§ Provide day to day direction to the project team and towards achieving the stated goals
§ Strong relationship management with key client stakeholders’/decision makers/ senior management
§ Ability to identify and acquire new business opportunities and lead the proposals
§ Should be a go-getter and be able to own and effectively mobilize support, drive the internal teams
§ Demand/supply management
§ Industry knowledge/expertise in the insurance domain"
