Job Description
The Delivery Operations Specialist at Tesla plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience during vehicle delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks at the delivery center, managing appointment calendars, preparing delivery documents, verifying sales orders and registration information, and working with various teams (sales, service, logistics) to coordinate vehicle shipment and preparation. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive registration and operations, be proficient in using multiple systems, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

The Delivery Operation Specialist serves as a liaison between the local delivery and supporting teams to consistently and professionally prepare for customer deliveries. This position has a direct impact on our delivery promise as customers take ownership of their new vehicles.
What You’ll Do- Oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities at the Delivery center
- Monitor and manage pipeline flow and appointment calendars to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.
- Prepare, print and process delivery documents in an accurate and timely fashion
- Work cross-functionally with other sales operations teams to verify sales orders, contracts and registration documents for accuracy.
- Record information and ensure data quality in our CRM and other systems
- Work with other departments such as service and logistics to coordinate vehicle shipment and prep
- Develop and implement best practices to provide a superior ownership experience and reflect Tesla brand values
- Perform other related duties based on business needs
- Excellent organization and communication skills

- Proven ability to work well with others in a team
- Self-starter who is goal-oriented and highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
- Ability to work across multiple systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Automotive registration and operations experience preferred
- At least 3 years' work experience
- Proficient in English
- Driver license's holder
