This role is for a Demand Generation Campaign Manager at Autodesk, focusing on integrated campaigns for the Water Infrastructure business across EMEA. The manager will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs, including paid digital, events, webinars, and industry publications, to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proficient in digital marketing tools, and collaborative with various internal teams.

Must Have

  • Own the development and execution of end-to-end demand generation campaigns for Autodesk Water in priority EMEA markets
  • Partner with global campaign and industry marketing to localize messaging and adapt content
  • Manage multi-channel tactics including paid social, email, search/display, content syndication, and third-party publications
  • Plan and optimize paid social campaigns targeting utilities, consultants, and public sector stakeholders
  • Work with 6sense and programmatic platforms to activate intent-based targeting across priority accounts
  • Drive in-person forums, roundtables, and roadshows in key EMEA geographies
  • Manage digital events and webinars—from content planning and speaker prep to execution, promotion, and post-event nurture
  • Manage Autodesk’s presence in industry publications, associations, and partner channels across water and AECO sectors
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs: MQLs, pipeline, ACV contribution
  • Use Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, and campaign dashboards to analyze impact and optimize tactics
  • 5+ years B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS, water infrastructure, or engineering sectors
  • Proven success managing paid media, events, webinars, and content syndication as part of integrated campaigns
  • Hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics/reporting tools
  • Strong project management skills—capable of running multiple campaigns simultaneously across geos
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing campaigns for pipeline impact
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to partner with sales, product marketing, field teams, and global campaigns
  • Comfort with fast-paced, matrixed environments and the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Fluency in English required

This role will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs—spanning paid digital, events, webinars, and industry publications—designed to deliver high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, fluent in digital marketing tools, and highly collaborative with sales, industry, and global campaign teams.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Own the development and execution of end-to-end demand generation campaigns for Autodesk Water in priority EMEA markets
  • Partner with global campaign and industry marketing to localize messaging and adapt content for regional audiences
  • Manage multi-channel tactics including paid social, email, search/display, content syndication, and third-party publications
  • Develop campaign calendars aligned to regional priorities and pipeline targets

Paid & Digital Media

  • Plan and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, X, Meta, etc.) targeting utilities, consultants, and public sector stakeholders
  • Work with 6sense and programmatic platforms to activate intent-based targeting across priority accounts
  • Monitor UTMs, lead flow, and funnel metrics to ensure accurate attribution into Salesforce and Power BI dashboards

Events & Webinars

  • Drive in-person forums, roundtables, and roadshows in key EMEA geographies, partnering with industry and field marketing
  • Manage digital events and webinars—from content planning and speaker prep to execution, promotion, and post-event nurture
  • Track event ROI, leads generated, and pipeline contribution

Industry & Partner Marketing

  • Manage Autodesk’s presence in industry publications, associations, and partner channels across water and AECO sectors
  • Negotiate placements, oversee creative asset development, and measure engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and partners on joint marketing activities and account-specific plays

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs: MQLs, pipeline, ACV contribution
  • Use Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, and campaign dashboards to analyze impact and optimize tactics
  • Continuously test, refine, and scale what works—across channels, audiences, and geographies

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS, water infrastructure, or engineering sectors
  • Proven success managing paid media, events, webinars, and content syndication as part of integrated campaigns
  • Hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics/reporting tools
