We want you to join Unity as a Demand Operations Manager, where you’ll help shape and scale a revamped function in our programmatic ecosystem. This role is all about reducing friction in DSP integrations, streamlining technical operations, and unlocking incremental demand that drives Unity’s growth.
In the short term, you’ll focus on resolving integration issues, improving platform efficiency, and building clarity through dashboards and documentation. In the long term, you’ll design scalable systems and processes that ensure DSP health and support sustainable revenue growth.
By joining the PDO team, you’ll make a direct impact on Unity’s exchanges (ISX and UX) while collaborating with Product, Engineering, BI, and Account Management to deliver best-in-class support for our demand partners.
