We're looking for an experienced Demo & Lab Architect to join our training team. Reporting to the Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Environment Development: Build, customize, and maintain demo and lab environments that represent our products and solutions.
- Software Development: Develop scripts, utilities, and tools to automate environment setup, configuration, and testing.
- Collaboration: Work with the teams to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions to enhance their capabilities.
- Environment Optimization: Improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of demo and lab environments.
- Documentation: Create documentation for the lab environments, including installation guides and troubleshooting resources.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Script and programming skills, with the ability to develop scripts and tools.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of Golang, Python, and Typescript is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, VMWare) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
