- Leverage APIs and integration tools to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and support for the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage access controls, roles, and permissions to maintain platform security and integrity.
- Work with business analysts, stakeholders, and process owners to gather requirements.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-11 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on implementing and customizing the platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
