Deputy Director - Customer Acquisition
About Team- This team is responsible for acquiring new customers to Myntra
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for driving acquisition of customers into Myntra.
Planning for the right amount of customer acquisition onto Myntra by looking at LTV of acquired customers- strategy, investments, etc
Driving right acquisition mix across channels, geographies, demographics, etc
Driving the right on platform and off platform experience for New Users
The role requires long term strategic thinking to come up with the right strategic bets. This will be enabled by driving multiple programs across all teams of Myntra and requires a high degree of ownership and stakeholder alignments.
You will have a team to support
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree from a Tier 1 B-school with 5 years of post MBA experience or Graduation from a tier 1 college with 7+ years’ experience, e-commerce/ related fields preferred
Prior experience in driving customer growth is preferred
High customer focus and ownership and strategic thinking
Must must showcase ability to lead, mentor and manage high performing individuals
Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders independently
High competency in written and verbal communication skills (preparation of business documentation, presenting to senior stakeholders a must)
Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
