  • Advance Ordering (AMA) - Long LT items, Supply critical items
  • OA receipt - SISCO / Local suppliers (SISCO weekly calls)
  • Heat map Preparation - Part shortage
  • More than 2 yrs. not procured items, RE-FAI coordination.
  • Daily Project meeting with PMs
  • Weekly Global meeting for critical part review along with PMs.
  • Customer Meeting / Calls.
  • Review with PPC
  • Critical / missing, bottle neck parts & development part
  • Obtain EDC from Sourcing. Procurement for critical / missing, bottle neck parts & development part
  • Escalate if EDC not meeting for critical / missing, bottle neck parts & development part
  • Coordinating with TOT / Methods for TOT migrations
  • CO/CR & ECR / ECO changes implementation in coordination with CFT
  • Logistics documentation
  • Monthly PPR reviews
  • Regularization of Parts for Serialization / Production
  • Production Ramp-up coordination with Sourcing / SCM / Mfg. / TOT / SQE / PQE
  • CFT coordination for Serial production
  • Logistics documentation - updataion
  • Weekly meeting with SIOP team on Demands / customer deliveries
  • Customer Order Review
  • Forecasting
  • Gemba points
  • Prepare Heat- Map considering Internal and Customer FAI targets by engaging relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize necessary materials are available for timely execution of project, retro fitment and warranty replacements.
  • Plan and execute PIPO for localized, Transfer of Technology Products, Make-or-buy, Re-sourcing, outsourcing parts.
  • Identify and drive forecasting accuracy on regular basis for improving project performance.
  • Provide weekly and Monthly project demand for PPC, SIOP for DMP, STF roll-out.
  • Initiate and drive internal project meeting with PM, TOT- PM and smooth execution of project.
  • Participate Internal customer meeting for understanding need and communicate the project requirements.

  • Coordinating with TOT / Methods for TOT migrations

Serialization (Proto to 1st TS to Monthly production plan)

  • Production Ramp-up coordination with Sourcing / SCM / Mfg. / TOT / SQE / PQE

  • CFT coordination for Serial production
  • Logistics documentation - updataion

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare Heat- Map considering Internal and Customer FAI targets by engaging relevant stakeholders such as PPC, Project Sourcing, Project Supplier Quality, Project Engineering, Process Engineering and Project Manager, Procurement and Manufacturing of retro-plan until FAI milestone are met.
  • Organize necessary materials are available for timely execution of project, retro fitment and warranty replacements needed for the project on-time.
  • Plan and execute PIPO for localized, Transfer of Technology Products, Make-or-buy, Re-sourcing, outsourcing parts for meeting project delivery commitment.
  • Identify and drive forecasting accuracy on regular basis for improving project performance by connecting with internal and external customers..
  • Provide weekly and Monthly project demand for PPC, SIOP for DMP, STF roll-out month over month.
  • Initiate and drive internal proejct meeting with PM, TOT- PM and smooth execution of project.
  • Participate Internal customer meeting for understanding need and communicate the project requirements to PPC for plan and deliver the project on time month over month.
