Job Summary

The Design Engineer will be responsible for reviewing products, processes, and systems, troubleshooting existing mechanical devices, managing testing procedures, and assisting with product development and manufacturing processes. They will also assist the Director of Research and Development with all Monster Jam Fleet R&D projects, including complex project management, concept initiation, discovery, research, development, scope and action planning, and analysis.

Must Have

  • Reviewing products, processes, and systems
  • Troubleshooting existing mechanical devices
  • Managing testing procedures
  • Assisting with product development and manufacturing processes
  • Assisting the Director of Research and Development with all Monster Jam Fleet R&D projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • CAD and/or SolidWorks certified
  • Creative problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required
  • Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • CAD and/or SolidWorks certified.
  • Creative problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including superior customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize duties for effective and successful events.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be a team player.
  • Maintain safe business practices
