DE&E Technology organization plays a central role in the future growth of The Walt Disney Company.

We are looking for a talented, and team-oriented Design Producer with excellent communication, organization, and partnership skills to help deliver exceptional products and experiences for our consumers. As a Design Producer in the DE&E Technology organization, you will help drive strategic design initiatives that seek to grow, scale, and run the design organization more effectively. You will be supporting a global and diverse team of designers, writers and UX researchers covering 10+ unique and established brands, over 90+ product experiences across all platforms. A great candidate is passionate about design, a creative problem solver, and an advocate for world-class design and quality standards. S/he will strategize how to gain insights and communicate new process and frameworks across the design organization in order to enable teams to focus their time on designing, building, and shipping products.

Basic Qualifications:

This candidate must also have deep knowledge of the design process and help manage the flow of product design work as it moves from design through development. We need candidates that have a breadth of organizational and interpersonal skills to keep teams on track, drive key design initiatives, resolve conflicts, and help grow the overall impact of design across the entire technology organization. Lastly, s/he is a curious and empathetic team player who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help build something truly visionary.


  • Create innovative methods to improve the design team’s strategy, workflows and tools
  • Improve team communication, collaboration, and remove roadblocks
  • Support design initiatives intended to grow team culture and foster a more inclusive environment
  • Contribute to new frameworks for decision making and scaling work
  • Track and report metrics across the design team
  • Identify trends and strategies to improve efficiency and build programs
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experiences


The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles is $102,500 - 137,500 per year, in Seattle and New York City is $107,400 - 143,900 and in San Francisco is $112,300 - 150,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
