Estimated annual income: 6.41 million JPY to 10.5 million JPY_Wage form: Monthly salary system (including deemed fixed overtime pay)

・Monthly amount: 458,334 JPY to 750,000 JPY

• Basic salary: 339,084 JPY to 554,868 JPY
• Deemed fixed overtime allowance: 119,250 JPY to 195,132 JPY

・Bonus: Twice a year

※Overtime wages for hours exceeding the deemed fixed overtime allowance will be paid additionally.

※Bonuses are performance-linked.

■ Overtime work: Yes / Company-wide average less than 15 hours (July 2022 to September 2023)
