Job Description
Xsolla is looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage Kubernetes clusters, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure, and manage Linux servers. The role also involves configuration management using tools like Puppet or Ansible, managing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Terragrunt, and troubleshooting issues. This position requires a strong understanding of cloud environments and automation, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of the company's infrastructure.
Must have:
- 4 to 7 years experience as a DevOps engineer
- Extensive experience with Linux
- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration
- Experience with Self-hosted Kubernetes clusters administration
- GCP or AWS cloud experience
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling
- Experience with Python / Bash scripting
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
- Experience with observability tools
- Experience with CI/CD
- IT professional certifications
- Kubernetes (CKA, CKS)
- Google Cloud Platform or AWS
- HashiCorp (Terraform Associate, Vault Associate)
- Linux (LFCS, LFCE, RHCSA, RHCE)
- Puppet or Ansible certifications

Requirements:
Major:

Extensive experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes
Experience with Self-hosted Kubernetes clusters administration
GCP or AWS cloud experience
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling
Experience with Python / Bash scripting
Moderate:
Experience with observability tools
Experience with CI/CD
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:
Manage Kubernetes clusters (self-hosted or cloud-based)
Implement and maintenance infrastructure in the cloud
Managing Linux servers, web servers and application servers
Configuration management (puppet, ansible)
Manage Infrastructure as a code (terraform/terragrunt)
Troubleshooting
Education
IT professional certifications are not required, but it will be a plus

$120,000 - $160,000 a year
Annual salary + bonus. Salary varies depending on experience level and location.
