We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist; This position will be key for efficient execution of our operation, optimizing and improving the performance of each digital advertising medium to maximize the performance of our campaigns and conversions.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Set up, optimize, and continuously management of PPC and digital advertising campaigns. 
  • Audience and keyword research, digital campaign setup, segmentation and goal tracking, A/B testing, budget management, conversion, and KPI optimization.
  • Dashboard setups, campaign data analysis, and monthly reports on KPIs with monthly recommendations and strategies. 
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies using keyword analysis and technical audits. 
  • Active collaboration with other Marketing teams to align digital advertising initiatives with other campaigns.
  • Keeping updated knowledge on trends in advertising and digital analysis.
  • Acquisition and maintenance of technical certifications related to the area.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles focusing on Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, and related platforms.
  • Knowledge of app tracking platforms Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
  • Experience in tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Motivated person, with strategic and creative vision in digital advertising solutions.
  • Experience in the gaming industry (optional). • Interest or experience in sports (bonus).
