Job Description

A market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. We’re building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game. The Community Chat Ambassador is responsible for monitoring and moderating interactions and activities within the LATAM Community Chat. This role acts as a conversation starter, fostering a fun, positive, and engaging environment for players. In addition to ensuring compliance with chat rules, the ambassador will clearly and effectively communicate ongoing promotions and contribute to the design of innovative engagement strategies to connect with users.
Must Have:
  • Monitor chat conversations to ensure adherence to community rules, including moderating offensive or inappropriate behavior/language.
  • Remind users of community guidelines and ensure they understand and follow them.
  • Encourage active and positive player participation by asking questions and initiating engaging discussions.
  • Resolve player conflicts in a fair and constructive manner to maintain a welcoming community environment.
  • Provide support to users with questions or issues, fostering a helpful and friendly atmosphere.
  • Review and analyze chat activity to identify trends, problematic behaviors, and areas for improvement.
  • Report recurring issues or serious incidents to administrators/stakeholders that may require further attention.
  • Collect and share player feedback, including both positive input and suggestions for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with community trends and best practices for moderation and engagement.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and manage events and promotions to boost community participation.
  • Effectively promote platform and marketing campaigns within the chat space.
  • Share communication tips and suggestions with other team members to strengthen community interactions.
  • Accurately and promptly distribute rewards to participants in Community Chat activities.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries received via email when necessary, ensuring timely and accurate support in accordance with service level standards.

Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data – Candidates

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations regarding personal data protection in Colombia, acting freely, voluntarily, and spontaneously, in my capacity as the owner of the personal data collected by this means, I state the following:

1. I authorize in advance, clearly, expressly, and informed: (i) Rush Street Interactive Colombia S.A.S. (hereinafter “RSI”), a company legally constituted in accordance with Colombian laws, identified with NIT. 901.135.239-1, domiciled in the city of Bogotá D.C., (ii) whoever represents its rights in the future, its successors or assignees, (iii) its controlling entities, subsidiaries, and affiliates, (iv) as well as the other companies that form the Rush Street Interactive Group internationally (hereinafter “RSI Group”); to process my personal data in accordance with the provisions of RSI's Personal Data Processing Policy and other RSI policies and programs that regulate the matter.

2. In this sense, by this means, I give my prior, clear, express, and informed authorization to RSI to collect, store, compile, process, distribute, use, circulate, maintain availability, access, delete, update, transmit and/or transfer nationally and/or internationally, and in general, directly or indirectly process all my personal information that I reveal in the recruitment and selection process, and all that which I must reveal in the future to RSI and other companies of the RSI Group or are directly obtained by RSI through home visits, background checks and/or medical examinations, among others, such as, but not limited to, name, identity document number, age, date of birth, address, email, cell phone, gender, nationality, language, contact details through social networks such as LinkedIn, information related to my education and/or employment history, family environment, including eventually sensitive data such as, but not limited to, photographs, videos, and medical information, for the following purposes:

(i) Request the resume and attached documents for evaluation within the recruitment and selection process; (ii) Communicate by any contact means provided when required to continue with the selection process; (iii) Verify background, personal information, work and professional experience as part of the selection process; (iv) Keep a record of the people who applied in each selection process and their results; (v) Report information to the competent authorities if required; (vi) Verify the information in compliance with current regulations such as those related to the requirements for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; (vii) Maintain and make available information in databases where RSI can contact me for other selection processes; and (viii) Any other purpose directly related to the recruitment and selection processes carried out by RSI.

3. Likewise, I declare to understand and accept that the processing of my personal data by RSI may be carried out from the technological platforms available to the RSI Group internationally such as, but not limited to, Greenhouse and Checkr, which will be functionally administered by national or foreign third parties, in charge and/or sub-in charge of the processing, in accordance with applicable legislation.

4. Also, I understand that I have the right to know, update, and rectify my personal data in accordance with the procedures provided in RSI's Personal Data Processing Policy; request proof of this authorization; be informed of the uses being given to my information, upon prior request; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data when this processing falls within the causes established in literal e) of article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012; and access my personal data free of charge.

5. In this sense, I understand and accept that any query or claim regarding the processing of my personal data can be directed to Calle 81 No. 11 - 55 Torre Norte Piso 9 or to the email: datospersonales@rushbet.co

6. I have been informed that the processing of my personal data will be carried out in accordance with RSI's Personal Data Processing Policy, which was made known by RSI, and which I declare to know and accept. I understand that said Policy may be modified at any time and that its consultation is permanently open to the public through the website www.rushbet.co, under the link "Privacy Policy".

7. I declare that I have been informed and am fully aware of the optional nature of granting the authorizations referred to herein regarding the sensitive data listed in numeral 2 of this authorization. I confirm that this consent has been freely given by me and I have not been pressured or forced to grant it. #LI-HYBRID
