Job Summary
MY.GAMES is a leading European developer and publisher, creating great games for 1+ billion registered players. This Content Community Manager role involves actively developing content plans, managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Discord), and generating ideas for new posts. Responsibilities include creating text, graphic, and video content, preparing in-game news and patch notes, and developing engaging content like dev blogs and guides. The manager will also improve player satisfaction through feedback analysis and write scripts for game trailers and promotional videos.
Must Have
- Take an active part in developing the content plan and managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Discord)
- Generate ideas for new posts and create text, graphic, and video content — including writing, formatting, and editing materials
- Develop and prepare in-game news and patch notes for the website and store pages
- Create engaging and high-quality content to keep players interested and loyal — from monthly dev blogs and update reviews to guides and how-tos
- Improve player satisfaction through feedback analysis and better community interactions
- Write compelling scripts for game trailers and promotional videos
- 1+ year of experience as a Community, SMM, or Content Manager in mobile gaming
- Solid understanding of the mobile gaming industry and social media trends
- Ability to come up with strong visual ideas and clearly brief designers
- Creativity, great writing skills for a broad audience, a good sense of humor, and the ability to approach creative challenges from fresh angles
Good to Have
- Experience creating your own content (comics, art, videos) or managing popular social media accounts
- Deep understanding of the audience for midcore, strategy, or collectible card games
- Proactive attitude and a drive to suggest new ideas for improving the product and growing the community
- Passion for games and a genuine desire to make the gaming industry better!

##### What you’ll do:

##### What you need to succeed:
- 1+ year of experience as a Community, SMM, or Content Manager in mobile gaming
